1. Introduction

Welcome to Clean & Cozy Home Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Clean & Cozy Home Care provides professional residential cleaning services.

We supply our own standard cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed in advance. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains, buildup, mold, or damage that existed prior to our service.

Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition of the home, surfaces, and materials.

3. Bookings, Estimates & Cancellations

Estimates: All prices quoted online, by phone, or via direct message are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if the size, condition, or scope of work differs significantly from the original description.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access / Lock-Outs: If our team arrives and is unable to access the property (including lock-outs or incorrect access instructions), a cancellation fee for the reserved time slot may apply.

4. Payments

Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • Credit cards
  • E-transfers
  • Cash

For recurring services, we may require a valid payment method on file to secure ongoing bookings.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service.

We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee does not include requests for re-cleaning due to normal wear, new messes, or changes made after the service.

We do not offer cash refunds.

6. Liability, Safety & Limitations

Safety: For safety reasons, our cleaners are not permitted to:

  • Move heavy furniture or items over 35 lbs
  • Use ladders higher than two steps
  • Clean bio-hazardous materials (including pet waste, mold, blood, or bodily fluids)

Pets: Clients are responsible for securing pets during the cleaning appointment. We are not responsible for pets that escape or interfere with the service.

Damages: Clean & Cozy Home Care is fully insured and bonded. While we take great care, accidental damage may occur. Clients are responsible for removing or securing fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to service.

Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of the service. Our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
